My daughter Niamh and I are long-time Trinidad residents and live just a few miles away. Our on-site innkeeper provides warm and personalized service backed by many years of experience.

Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 11 AM. Self-check-in available.
Payment
A deposit equal to your first night's stay is charged when you book. The remaining balance is charged automatically to your card on file 6 days before arrival. Rates include daily breakfast and are based on double occupancy. A 12% City of Trinidad Transient Occupancy Tax is added. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Cancellation
• More than 14 days before arrival: cancel free — your deposit is refunded in full.
• 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of your deposit is refunded; nothing further is charged.
• Within 7 days of arrival, or no-show: the full stay is non-refundable.
Booked through Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia? Your payment and cancellation terms are governed by that platform.
To cancel, call or text 707-677-0840 or email info@lookouttrinidadbay.com. A cancellation is not final until we confirm it by email — a text or voicemail alone does not cancel your reservation.

2 guests per room*
*Crabpot can accommodate a child in window nook with single bed mattress (additional charge)
*Harborview can accommodate a child on floor futon that we provide (additional charge)

A delicious gourmet breakfast is served each morning at 8:30 AM in the dining room.

Power Outages
Because we are on the Northern California coast, occasionally in the winter we get power outages. Flashlights and lanterns will be provided. Guests will be kept informed when the power is expected to be restored. There will be no refunds or credits for power outages that affect our village.

Just 20 minutes from Redwood National and State Parks.
Are dogs allowed?

Is there a dog-friendly beach nearby?
Yes, an amazing dog-friendly beach, Trinidad State Beach is within a 5-minute walk.
